German Potato Noodles

Cook Time: 40 minutes
 

ingredients

leftover mashed potatoes
egg, beaten
flour
salt
oil or butter

 

instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients to form dough
  2. Roll on a floured surface
  3. Cut int 1/4″ x 1″ strips with a bread knife
  4. Heat oil or butter in fry pan: should be 1/2″ deep
  5. Fry noodles. Place on paper towel when they’re done
  6. Eat with ketchup or dipping sauce
