Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

ingredients

Basic Ingredients
pork ribs
oil

Sauce
chopped onions
vinegar
brown sugar
corn starch
ketchup
wocestershire sauce
soya sauce
beef boullion
diced pineapple

 

instructions

  1. Fry ribs in oil until brown
  2. Remove ribs from pan and pour off all but 1 tbsp of fat
  3. Sautee onion 2 minutes or until transparent
  4. Add remaining ingredients to onions, except for pineapple
  5. Stir until thickened and clear (2 minutes)
  6. Drain pineapple, add to sauce
  7. Add ribs to sauce. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
