ingredients

onions, chopped
green pepper, chopped
lean ground beef
butter
kidney beans (14oz)
diced tomatoes (28 oz)
chili powder
salt
pepper
vinegar
tomato sauce (22 oz)
red pepper flakes

 

instructions

  1. Brown onions, green pepper and ground beef in 2tbsp butter.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Simmer for 1 hour. Voila!
