Bruschetta Proscuitto Crostini

fresh baguette
butter, melted
parmesan cheese, finely grated

Bruschetta Topping
large, ripe greenhouse tomatoes
garlic, crushed

Prosciutto Topping
cucumber, in 1/4″ slices
Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
prosciutto ham, thinly sliced



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2″ slices, at a 45° angle. Brush both sides with melted butter
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Bake until golden, 12 to 15 minutes
  4. Mix Bruschetta ingredients, pile on to 1/2 of the baguette slices. Top with parmesan
  5. Top the remaining baguette slices with 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 sun-dried tomato. If the toppings start to slip off, add a toothpick to center to keep in place. Top with Parmesan
  6. Turn your oven on to the Broil setting
  7. Broil the Bruschetta and Prosciutto slices just until the cheese melts
  8. Serve immediately
