Taco Salad

ground beef
taco seasoning mix
Nacho Cheese Doritos
iceberg lettuce
cheese, grated
chives, chopped
tomatoes, chopped
yellow pepper, chopped



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Brown ground beef, and prepare as per directions on taco seasoning package. Drain
  3. Crush taco chips slightly and pour into large bowl. Add taco meat
  4. Chop vegetables and add to bowl
  5. Toss well and serve with sour cream and salsa on the side
