Pizza Dough (breadmaker)

Serves: 4-6
Ready In: 2.25 hours
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 1.25 hours


water, room temperature
olive oil
white flour
while wheat flour
bread machine yeast



  1. Place ingredients in breadmaker in the order listed. Run the breadmaker on Dough mode
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  3. On a floured surface, knead dough a few times. Roll out or toss into desired shape
  4. Place on a lightly greased pan or dry pizza stone and cover with sauce & toppings
  5. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until toppings and crust are golden brown
  6. Remove from oven & let sit 5 minutes. Serve.
