Italian Dressing

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Mix all ingredients in a measuring cup, or add to a salad oil jar and shake.
  2. Just before serving, shake to eliminate separation.
