Cheesy Egg Scramble

large eggs
black forest ham
fresh chives
tomato, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Brown butter, ham, and chives in small skillet
  3. Add tomato, eggs, and 1/4 cup cheese
  4. Flip eggs occasionally as they cook, chopping with spatula, until almost done
  5. Remove from heat. Top with remaining cheese
  6. Put skillet in oven until top of eggs and cheese is brown, about 10 minutes

This is my favorite breakfast in early summer, when our chives are growing like a weed and everything is fresh. Mmm, fresh.
