Rhubarb Juice

Makes: 4-6 cups
Ready In: 12 hours
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour


fresh rhubarb

large piece of cheesecloth



  1. Chop rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces
  2. Add rhubarb to large pot, cover with water
  3. Cook until rhubarb is completely soft
  4. Clothespin cheesecloth to the top of a large container
  5. Ladle rhubarb and juice onto cheesecloth. Drain overnight, discard rhubarb pulp
  6. Chill or freeze the rhubarb juice until ready to use
