Bean Dip to Die For

diced avacados
lemon juice
roma tomatoes
peppers (green/red/yellow)
chopped jalapenos
cilantro or parsley
large green onions, sliced
garlic cloves, minced
(19oz) black beans
to taste
to taste



  1. Dice avacados, toss in lemon juice
  2. Chop tomatoes, pepers, jalapenos, cilantro, onions. Add to avacados
  3. Mince garlic. Add to everything else
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges (around the edges) and a sprig of cilantro
