lard
instructions
  1. Microwave milk for 1 minute
  2. Add sugar, salt, and butter. Microwave until melted. Add water
  3. Beat egg, add to mixture and mix well. Add to bottom of bread maker
  4. Add flour. Make a well in the middle of the flour, and add yeast
  5. Start bread maker on dough mode
  6. Grease pans with lard (the best nonstick option)
  7. When dough is done, form into 2 loaves, and place in pans
  8. Cover with towel & let rise until sides of loaves are even with the top of the pan
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  10. Bake for 30 minutes, or until well-browned and toothpick inserted comes out clean
