water

tea bags

cinnamon stick (or 1/2 tsp ground)
1/4 tsp
cardamon
1
clove, whole
1/4 tsp
ground ginger
2 1/2 cups
milk
1/3 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
whipped cream
Combine water, tea, cinnamon, cardamon, clove, and ginger. Bring to a boil
Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add milk, return to a boil
Strain. Stir in sugar
Top with whipped cream
