Broccoli Cheese Soup

broccoli heads

onion
2 tsp
chicken boullion
1 cup
margarine
1 cup
flour
2 cups
milk
2 cups
shredded cheese
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
celery seed
Chop broccoli and onion, add to large soup pot. Add water until vegetables are just covered
Simmer on med-high until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add flour, stirring until smooth
Add milk and cheese, and stir until thick: about 5 minutes
Add cheese mixture to broccoli and onions. Add seasonings
Mix well and serve
