olive oil
garlic clove, sliced
blue cheese, crumbled
parmesan cheese, grated
whipping cream
boullion (chicken or beef)
italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden. Discard garlic
Add cheese, cream and seasonings. Stir until cheese is melted
Toss sauce with hot pasta, and let stand 5 minutes before serving
