- Mix breadcrumbs, water, salt and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes
- Mix in ground beef and egg until just mixed
- Roll meatballs to 1" size and brown on all sides in butter
- Set meatballs aside, keep warm
- In the same pan, melt the butter. Add flour and stir for 1 minute
- Remove from heat. Add boullion and stir until smooth
- Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
- Add cream and boil 1 more minute, stirring constantly
- Taste the sauce. Need some zip? Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste
- Place meatballs in sauce to serve, or serve sauce on the side
