Spaghetti Squash

ingredients medium spaghetti squash
instructions
  1. Cut squash in half
  2. Place cut-side up in microwavable dish
  3. Add 1/2 cup water to bottom of dish
  4. Cover with plastic wrap
  5. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, or until flesh caves in easily when pressed
  6. Let stand 10 minutes
  7. Separate into strands by drawing fork across flesh
  8. Use as a substitute for spaghetti noodles, or top with our Creamy Proscuitto Pasta Sauce
