medium spaghetti squash
Cut squash in half
Place cut-side up in microwavable dish
Add 1/2 cup water to bottom of dish
Cover with plastic wrap
Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, or until flesh caves in easily when pressed
Let stand 10 minutes
Separate into strands by drawing fork across flesh
Use as a substitute for spaghetti noodles, or top with our
