  1. Scrub potatoes. Peel (if desired) and chop into chunks
  2. Boil all ingredients for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender
  3. Remove sausage, and cut into 1" slices
  4. Some people like the potatoes and kale mashed together: mash if desired
  5. Serve with butter and vinegar for the potato/kale seasoning

This is a traditional dutch dish that I've been eating for as long as I can remember. I introduced it to my French family, who likes it as well! Easy and tasty.
