Restaurant Style Salsa

ingredients Roma tomatoes, quartered
garlic
jalapeno peppers, seeded
lime juice
onion, diced
green onions, chopped
salt
pepper
cilantro, finely chopped
instructions
  1. Roughly chop everything
  2. Add everything but cilantro to a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times
  3. Add the cilantro and pulse one or two times, so the cilantro stays in decent-sized pieces
  4. Serve or freeze for later use

If you don't want this too spicy, remove the jalapeno veins and seeds. Roma tomatoes work best for this recipe in terms of flavor. Enjoy!
